Austrade would like to use images, content and other material provided by the [Institution] on [the onboarding form] for the purpose of [the Study Australia Experience LATAM project version 2022-23] (SAE).
In doing so, Austrade requests your agreement:
- To allow the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) and Platty, to record images, content or any other material provided by the [Institution] (Material) and to use or publish the Material for the purposes [of promote your institution through SAE channels like, Social Media, Email, Website, Webinars, Fairs, among others] (the Purpose);
- That the [Institution] has no copyright in relation to the Material or any work that includes the Material;
- Austrade may adapt or modify the Material and distribute and communicate the Material on or via any media (including the internet) without any attribution to the [Institution];
- Once the Material has been published, Austrade may not have control over the subsequent use and disclosure of the Material; and
- The [Institution] is not eligible for any payment or remuneration for Austrade using the Material or for entering into this Deed.
By ticking the box you:
- Agree to the conditions regarding the use of the Material, set out above; and
- Confirm that you have the authority to give this consent on behalf of the [Institution]
